No, Invisalign is not available on the NHS. It is a private treatment option, which means that anyone can enjoy professional teeth straightening. NHS orthodontics are only available for children up to the age of 18. A dentist will also have to confirm that orthodontics is clinically necessary. Invisalign is available for teens and adults, even those with minor imperfections.
You may experience some discomfort while you adjust to wearing aligners, and when you switch to the next aligner in the treatment plan, but this should be easily managed with over-the-counter pain medication such as ibuprofen or paracetamol.
